Lead Designer - PangeaSeed Foundation

Eric Vozzola, a 29-year-old Las Vegas native, lives and works in his hometown as a fine artist, a muralist, and graphic designer. He is a senior designer for an award-winning creative team at The Venetian Las Vegas, as well as a freelance designer and illustrator from his home studio. Eric received his BFA in graphic design and studio art from UNLV in 2011.

Eric’s ultimate goal with his work is to create a symbiotic relationship between art and design. Exploring a variety of media, Eric works in painting, drawing, collage, digital media, found objects, and installation. Fascinated with such artists as John Baldessari, Ellsworth Kelly, Ed Ruscha, Stephen Hendee, Barry McGee – as well as growing up amidst skateboarding culture in the 90’s – he continues to develop his bold aesthetic. His visual language ranges from the balance of abstract patterns and arrangements of color, to textural landscapes and surreal environments. He creates compositions fueled by intuition and a strong sense of design. Eric continues to be inspired by his graphic design background and his love for music, his surrounding natural world, his travels, a universal view of our existence, the lighter side of life, and never-ending lists.

Vozzola has exhibited in solo and group shows locally and nationally, including, most recently Surreal Salon 9, Baton Rouge Gallery, Landscapes, Las Laguna Gallery, A Visual Language (Solo), Winchester Cultural Center Gallery, Chromazone, N-Site Studios, Artists Who Took Over Maryland Parkway, Nevada Humanities Gallery, Greetings and Cards, The Bakery, 25th Annual Juried Show, Contemporary Arts Center, *Based On Real Life (Solo), Fifth Wall Gallery. Eric has multiple public art pieces in Las Vegas, including a full building mural with the Cultural Corridor Coalition and City of Las Vegas, a mural for the Art Motel at Life Is Beautiful Festival 2015, utility box beautification for ZAP7 and ZAP9 with Clark County, and private murals for locally owned small businesses.
